HTT and Tremor: Since N171-82Q mice having an N-terminal fragment of Htt incorporating both exon 1 and exon 2 of the Htt gene with 82 polyglutamine, exhibit behavioral symptoms and protein aggregates at the age of 4 months with a life expectancy of 5–6 months, in this study, we started aspirin nebulization in N171-82Q (HD) mice from the age of 3 months when the animals showed some HD symptoms including loss of coordination and tremors.
