To confirm this finding further, we performed Western blot analysis and found that the levels of iNOS and IL-1β were higher in striatum (Figure 1F–H) and motor cortex (Figure 2E–G) of HD mice in comparison to non-Tg mice and that aspirin nebulization was capable of suppressing the protein levels of both iNOS and IL-1β in striatum (Figure 1F–H) and motor cortex (Figure 2E–G) of HD mice.
