The result further demonstrate that the miR-101-3p/PDZK1 axis plays a role in regulating the proliferation, migration, and invasion ability of HCC cells by modulation of the PIK/AKT pathway, and suggest that miR-101-3p/PDZK1 may be a new therapeutic target for HCC. This evidence concerns the gene PDZK1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
