As shown in Supplementary Table S6, long RTL remained closely associated with recurrence (OR = 1.70, 95% CI = 1.00-2.89, p < 0.05), and higher level of RTEL1 mRNA also associated with gender (OR = 2.23, 95% CI = 1.77–3.24, p = 0.012) and pathological diagnosis (OR = 3.19, 95% CI = 1.15–5.22, p = 0.002) in glioma patients. This evidence concerns the gene RTEL1 and central nervous system cancer.
