CCL2 and CCL7 levels were significantly higher in the supernatant of UC-MSCs co-cultured with MLR or in the presence of FBS than in that of BM- and AD-MSCs (Figure 2B, C, p < 0.0001), whereas CCL8 level was higher in BM- and AD-MSCs than in UC-MSCs (Figure 2D).
