SOX9 and graft versus host disease: On the other hand, SOX9 showed enrichment in pathways related to immune responses such as allograft rejection, graft versus host disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and type I diabetes mellitus, as well as oxidative phosphorylation, Parkinson's disease, regulation of autophagy, and ribosome, suggesting its role in modulating the immune environment in ovarian cancer (Figure 5(b)).
