For CESC, PIAS4 was a low-risk gene (n = 394, HR < 1, p < 0.05, Fig. 4B), and PIAS1 was a high-risk factor in ESCA (n = 182, HR > 1, p < 0.05, Fig. 4C), as well as PIAS4 was a protective prognostic factor in HNSC (n = 612, HR < 1, p < 0.05, Fig. 4D). The gene discussed is PIAS4; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
