To assess the molecular mechanism of RASAL2-AS1-METTL14 interaction in HNSCC in vivo, we conducted experiments using SCC-25 cells that were stably co-transfected with pcDNA3.1, pcDNA3.1 RASAL2-AS1, and pcDNA3.1 RASAL2-AS1 + si-METTL14 in BALB/c nude mice to establish a tumor xenograft model (Fig. 6A). The gene discussed is METTL14; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
