PRSS8 and myasthenia gravis: Using proposed cis-pQTL instruments, MR analyses revealed significant associations between the levels of three circulating proteins (PRSS8, CTSH, CPN2) and MG susceptibility in the primary analysis, after FDR correction (cis-pQTL instruments in Additional file 2: Table S7, and full MR results in Additional file 2: Table S8), which exhibit compelling evidence of colocalization with MG risk (Fig. 5, Additional file 2: Table S9).
