In our observations, only PCa patients carrying the MAOB rs6324 A‐allele showed a significant association with higher risks (AOR = 1.822, 95% CI = 1.065–3.118) of having >10 ng iPSA/mL, compared to those with the rs6324 G‐allele (Table 2). The gene discussed is MAOB; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
