In this study, HOXA11‐AS was used as the target in a combination of bioinformatics approaches, to explore the molecular mechanism of HOXA11‐AS and the promotion of EMTs in PCa at the cellular and global levels, respectively, to elucidate the prognostic and clinicopathological significance of lncRNA HOXA11‐AS expression in cancer patients and to identify new theoretical and therapeutic targets for PCa metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene HOXA11 and posterior cortical atrophy.
