In summary, we identified immune infiltration genes and highly conserved core genes in aneurysms, GRIA3, RASGEF1A, APLP1, PSD2, CNTNAP4, PHACTR3, SLC35F1, SLC39A12, KIF21A, and SOX2, protein–protein interaction was used to identify them, and then the potential mechanism of their existence was analyzed. Here, RASGEF1A is linked to aneurysm.
