The results revealed that breast cancer tissues exhibited lower expression levels of SAT1, ALOX5, ALOX12, ATF3, ATF4, GPX4 and NFE2L2 compared to normal tissues; conversely, higher expression levels of ALOX15, ALOXE3 and HO‐1 were observed in breast cancer tissues than in normal tissues (Figure S3A,B). This evidence concerns the gene ALOXE3 and breast cancer.
