Expressed as a percentage of all white blood cells (CD45+ cells), we found that 2 weeks after influenza vaccination, statistically significant increases in T cells (CD3+CD45+; P ≤ 0.05; Figure 5(a)), Helper T cells (CD3+CD4+; P=0.001; Figure 5(b)), CD3+TCRγδ+ Gamma–delta T (P ≤ 0.05; Figure 5(c)) and natural killer cells (CD3−NKp46+; P=0.02; Figure 5(d)), were observed for the mice treated with the lower dosage of UP360 when compared with the vehicle treated D-gal group (Table 2).
