As shown in Figure 1G, in comparison to the original ATMSC and nEV-ATMSC, MpEV-ATMSC showed the significant upregulation of genes related to the invasion, metastasis, and drug resistance of breast cancer and angiogenesis, including IL6, IL8, bFGF, PDGF, SDF1, ANG1, VEGF, and CXCL7 (38–42).
