YEATS4 amplification samples show increased mRNA levels of several well-known antioxidant genes, including NQO1, SLC7A11, and GCLC, suggesting beside NFE2L2 mutation and KEAP1 mutation, YEATS4 amplification could be the other critical genetic marker in lung cancer by modulating antioxidant pathways (Fig. 6j and Supplementary Fig. 7l). The gene discussed is GCLC; the disease is lung carcinoma.
