Additionally, in pan-cancer datasets (Kaplan–Meier plotter) comprising bladder cancer, glioblastoma, and melanoma patients treated with anti-PD1 therapy, MAX (p < 0.001) (Fig. 6, G and H) and DHX29 mRNA (p < 0.05) (Supplemental Fig. S14A and B) also exhibited predictive potential for PFS in both the pre-treatment and on-treatment, while TAPBP mRNA also showed predictive value for PFS on-treatment (p < 0.05) (Supplemental Fig. S13C). Here, DHX29 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
