As the upregulated genes were mostly associated with virus infection pathways (Fig S3B), we focused on 13 genes with decreased m6A and expression levels (Fig. S5), among which three genes (i.e., HPRT1, SNRPC, and ANP32B) that were found to be significantly associated with the prognosis of AML patients were ultimately selected (Fig. 3 D-F). The gene discussed is ANP32B; the disease is viral infectious disease.
