Next, KEGG pathway analyses of mRNA targets of DE miRNAs were conducted, revealing that these genes were enriched in the bladder cancer (Cdh1, Cdkn1a, Dapk2, E2f1, Egfr, Erbb2, Fgfr3, Nras, Mapk1), endometrial cancer (Axin1, Cdh1, Cdkn1a, Egfr, Erbb2, Nras, Pik3cd, Pik3r1, Tcf7l1, Mapk1, Gsk3b), and ErbB signaling (Nrg2, Camk2g, Cdkn1a, Cdkn1b, Egfr, Eif4ebp1, Erbb2, Nras, Pik3cd, Pik3r1, Stat5b, Pak6, Shc2, Mapk1, Gsk3b) pathways (Figure 3B). This evidence concerns the gene MAPK1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
