In the present study, we found that miR-296-5p not only enhanced the sensitivity of NPC cells to DDP, but also effectively inhibited the expression of STAT3 and KLF4, suggesting that miRNA-296-5p enhances DDP sensitivity of NPC cells possibly through the inhibition of STAT3 / KLF4. The gene discussed is KLF4; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
