DDIT4 and acute myeloid leukemia: As shown in Fig. 2C–G, high DDIT4 expression was associated with unfavorable cytogenetic risk (p < 0.001, Fig. 2C), FLT3 negative mutation (p < 0.05, Fig. 2D), older age (p < 0.01, Fig. 2E), death (p < 0.001, Fig. 2F), and IDH1 R132 positive mutation (p < 0.05, Fig. 2G) in AML patients, with no association with French-American-British (FAB) classifications (Fig. 2H).
