We analyzed the correlation between DDIT4 expression and immune infiltration in AML from the data published in the public database, and the results showed that the abundance of Cytotoxic cells, NK CD56 bright cells, TH1 cells, TFH, NK CD56 dim cells, B cells and CD8 T cells significantly increased in the DDIT4 overexpression group. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and acute myeloid leukemia.
