Based on the KEGG pathway analyses, the pathways involved with genes of differentially expressed eccDNAs were significantly enriched in nervous system (axon guidance, glutamatergic synapse and spinocerebellar ataxia), maintenance of cellular structure (focal adhesion, adherens junction, gap junction and regulation of actin cytoskeleton), Wnt, Rap1, ErbB, MAPK and calcium signalling (Figure 3C). The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is cerebellar ataxia.
