Both anti-IL-6R and anti-PD-L1 significantly suppressed CD4(+)/CD25(+) Tregs (Figure 5F) but outscored IgG2b, κ in the infiltration of CD8(+) CTLs in the recurrent breast tumors (Figure 5G, Figure S4C), suggesting the effective anti-tumor immunity. Here, CD8A is linked to breast neoplasm.
