IL6R and neoplasm: Examining splenic and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, anti-IL-6R promoted the amounts of splenic CD4(+) helper T cells (Figure 5B), CD8(+) CTLs (Figure 5C) and NK1.1(+) cells (Figure 5D; Figure S4A) but not CD4(+)/CD25(+) Tregs (Figure 5E, Figure S4B) as compared to isotype IgG treatment.
