To determine whether m6A modification was involved in FSH-induced EMT progression, we first investigated the expression patterns of seven key regulators for m6A modification, our results show that both demethylase ALKBH5 and methyltransferase METTL14 respond to FSH in epithelial ovarian cancer cells (Figure 1E-H and Figure S1F, H, I). The gene discussed is METTL14; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
