In a recent study, (Hwang-Bo et al., 2020), reported the mechanism of anti-lymph-angiogenic and tumor angiogenesis effect, involving inhibition of activation of downstream signaling factors FAK, AKT, and ERK1/2 associated with an angiopouetin-1-Tie-2 signaling pathway, in both in vitro and in vivo. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK3 and neoplasm.
