Overall, 17 (53.1%, 95% CI: 34.7–70.9%) patients experienced irAEs (31.3%, 95% CI: 11.0–58.7% in Arm A and 75.0%, 95% CI: 47.6–92.7% in Arm B), although generally low grade, with dermatitis (31.3%), elevated AST (aspartate aminotransferase)/ALT (alanine transaminase; 12.5%) and hypothyroidism (12.5%) observed most frequently. This evidence concerns the gene GPT and dermatitis.
