ALB and diabetic kidney disease: Based on the multivariate regression model, only serum SLPI levels ≥ 51.61 ng/mL (HR = 2.95, 95% CI[1.55, 5.60], p=0.001), 24h UTP≥3.5g (HR = 3.02, 95% CI[1.66, 5.52], p<0.001), HGB<13g (HR = 3.18, 95% CI[1.49, 6.80], p=0.003), Alb<30g (HR = 2.19, 95% CI[1.12, 4.28], p=0.021) and urea≥7.1 mmol/L (HR = 8.27, 95% CI[1.96, 34.93], p=0.004) were independently associated with renal endpoint events in DKD patients.
