PTH and toxic epidermal necrolysis: Cutaneous adverse reactions associated with the use of bisphosphonate, raloxifene, parathyroid hormone and its derivatives (87), and denosumab (89, 90) have ranged from benign reactions of drug eruptions, urticaria, and cellulitis to severe cutaneous adverse reactions such as drug rashes with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), Stevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS), and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) (50, 87).
