CD4 and glioma: Compared to low-risk gliomas, high-risk gliomas showed higher proportions of naïve B-cells, plasma cells, naïve CD4 T-cells, and activated mast cells, and lower proportions of memory B cells, resting memory CD4 T cells, regulatory T cells, resting NK cells, M0 and M2 macrophages, dendritic cells, and neutrophils (Figure 6C).
