We found that S100A7 was expressed at a significantly higher level pan-cancer (in glioblastoma multiforme, glioma, brain lower grade glioma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, breast invasive carcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, stomach and esophageal carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, thyroid carcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, testicular germ cell tumors, all, kidney chromophobe; Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene S100A7 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
