BAG6 and infection: Furthermore, the virus loads in the lungs of PPMO-BAG6-PR8 mice were up to approximate 10-fold higher than that in control mice at 3 and 5 day post infection (d.p.i.)(Fig 3E), which was consistent with the immunohistochemical staining of viral protein NP showing an increased viral antigen level in PPMO-BAG6-PR8 mice (Fig 3F).
