Among the 250 patients with pancreatic carcinoma, advanced clinical T stage (p < 0.001), tumour differentiation (p = 0.023), and LNM (p = 0.005) exhibited significant correlations with high PF levels (≥ 3.28 g/L); advanced clinical T stage (p < 0.001), tumour differentiation (p = 0.047), and LNM (p = 0.002) exhibited significant correlations with high CRP/Alb levels (≥ 0.18) (Table 3).
