In addition, we found that nine genes within TEXRS were highly correlated with tumor-infiltrating immune cells, among which CTLA4 and KYNU were positively correlated with T-cell CD8, and METTL7A was positively correlated with M2 macrophages (Figure 8G) The TIDE results demonstrated that the high-risk group had higher scores, which may imply that the high-risk group may have stronger immune escape (Figure 8H).
