At this late stage of RA, similarly to what we observed in the early treatment-naive cohort (Fig. 1E), AXL maintained a significant negative correlation with most cytokines, including TNF, IL-6, CCL8, and IL-10, but positive with CSF1 and TGFB2 (Fig. 4G). Here, TGFB2 is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
