Our results were also supported by a published reference [31] showing that HMGA2 was significantly upregulated in pancreatic carcinoma (log2FC = 2.99, adjusted p value = 9.81e-57), and the constructed prognostic model showed that HMGA2 was strongly correlated with survival (hazard ratio = 1.53, Bonferroni correction p = 5.47e-07). The gene discussed is HMGA2; the disease is exocrine pancreatic carcinoma.
