In another study, Rogado et al. showed that advanced NSCLC patients (n = 36) with high (≥ 55 percentile) pretreatment levels of circulating CD4+CCR9+ (p = 0.0034), CD4+CCR10+ (p = 0.0036), or CD8+CXCR4+ (p = 0.0256) T cells had reduced OS following treatment with anti-PD-1; notably, these associations with OS were not seen in patients treated with non-immunotherapy [72].
