USP24 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: After analysis of these genes, as shown by the DEG DO Dotplot, loss of USP24 enzyme activity was significantly involved in several diseases, including hematopoietic system disease, non-small cell lung carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, myeloid leukemia, myositis and so on (Fig. 5D and Fig. 5E), suggesting that USP24 is really involved in drug resistance during cancer therapy.
