After sacrificing these mice, we found that the tumor area in the gefitinib-treated mice was slightly greater than that in the gefitinib/USP24-i-101-treated mice, implying that USP24-i-101 treatment may inhibit or delay the drug resistance during gefitinib treatment (Fig. 7E (a), Fig. 7E(b) and Fig. 7E(c)).
