After analysis of these genes, as shown by the DEG DO Dotplot, loss of USP24 enzyme activity was significantly involved in several diseases, including hematopoietic system disease, non-small cell lung carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, myeloid leukemia, myositis and so on (Fig. 5D and Fig. 5E), suggesting that USP24 is really involved in drug resistance during cancer therapy. The gene discussed is USP24; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
