Similarly, miR-5100-overexpressed NF1 cells exhibited a greater ability to promote migration and invasion of HNSCC cells in vitro (Fig. 5B, C), and also promoted the EMT process as the downregulation of E-cadherin and upregulation of N-cadherin, Zeb1, Vimentin, Snail, Twist and Slug in HNSCC cells (Fig. 5D).
