Our prior work suggested SAS1B as a candidate immunotherapeutic target with ADCs in uterine and pancreatic cancers.5 6 This current work demonstrates that SAS1B is a candidate immunotherapeutic target with ADCs in additional cancers including renal cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, and squamous cell lung cancer (figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene ASTL and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
