PPARA and obesity disorder: Totally 565 DEGs between HFD‐fed mice and controls were observed, of which 257 DEGs significantly upregulated in HFD‐fed mice were mainly involved in fatty acid metabolic process, biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, positive regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, and PPAR signaling pathways and etc. It was reported that activation on the p38‐MAPK signaling pathway could inhibit lipid accumulation to reduce the incidence of obesity [45].
