The results of GSEA revealed that AGO1 was positively correlated with focal adhesion (Fig. 4G), gap junction (Fig. 4H), and bladder cancer (Fig. 4I), but negatively correlated with antigen processing and presentation (Fig. 4M), glutathione metabolism (Fig. 4N), and lysosome (Fig. 4O). This evidence concerns the gene AGO1 and urinary bladder cancer.
