GPT and hypertensive disorder: Regarding Grade 3 or 4 AEs in PH(−) and PH(+) patients, the most common AEs were hypertension (22 cases [27.5%] and 13 cases [19.7%], respectively), followed by proteinuria (14 cases [17.5%] and 10 cases [15.2%], respectively), and increased aspartate aminotransferase (AST) or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) (5 cases [6.3%] and 3 cases [4.5%], respectively), and there were no significant differences in the incidence of these AEs between PH(−) and PH(+) patients.
