Wang et al. demonstrated that SNHG5 could accelerate the migration, invasion and proliferation and inhibit the apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells through targeting and positively regulating Rho-associated coiled coil-containing protein kinase 1 (ROCK1) expression by sponging and negatively regulating miR-26a [35]. This evidence concerns the gene SNHG5 and osteosarcoma.
