In response to 15 μM RSV treatment over the course of 9 days in the highly invasive MCF10CA1a breast cancer cells, we observed statistically significant downregulation of a Wnt signaling gene target, EpCam (39% decrease), a Hedgehog signaling gene target, BCL2 (39% decrease), and two common gene targets of both the Wnt and Hedgehog pathways, CCND1 (37% decrease) and CYR61 (23% decrease) (Figure 3A–D). Here, CCN1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
