Results: In RA patients, we recognized elevated levels of PD-1 (CD279), CTLA-4, and TIGIT in CD4+ T cells; TIGIT, HLA-DR, TIM3, and LAG3 in CD8+ T cells; and CD8+CD279+TIM3+, CD8+HLA-DR+CD38+ T cells. The gene discussed is CTLA4; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
