Furthermore, we observed that genes related to immune inflammation pathways, such as Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, Legionellosis, IL-17 signaling pathway, Rheumatoid arthritis, Amoebiasis, and TNF signaling pathway, were significantly downregulated, involving MLXIPL, CXCL2, KIT, NDUFS4, and IL6 (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
