The analysis also revealed lymph node metastasis (HR = 1.98, 95% CI = 1.14–3.45, p = 0.015), co-expression of CD70 and POSTN in CAFs (HR = 3.78, 95% CI = 1.83–7.83, p = 0.00035), and peritoneal metastasis (HR = 5.45; 95% CI = 3.05–9.73, p < 0.0001) as potential independent risk factors for patients with CRC (Table 3).
