Infection with influenza viruses deregulated synthesis of proteins that are involved in the oxidation burst, degranulation of neutrophils, metabolic changes in dendritic cells, recruitment of granulocytes into the brain, neuroinflammation responses, proliferation, and differentiation of neurons, etc. All viruses decreased the synthesis of CX3CL1/Fractalkine, Coagulation factor III, and CD105/Endoglin (Figure 8). The gene discussed is CX3CL1; the disease is infection.
