Our data show that TNFα increased CCL2/MCP1, CCL20, NFkB2, CXCL5/6, and TBX22 gene expression in neurons, which correlates with our previous studies showing that MCP1/CCL2 is increased in both RRMS and SPMS when compared to nonprogressive benign MS (BMS) [24]. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
