Previous work from Leighl et al. [29] on molecular profiling for advanced NSCLC using comprehensive ctDNA analysis using Guardant360® CDx demonstrated that the false-positive rates for EGFR common mutations were 0% (specificity = 100%) and the false-negative rates ranged from 10 to 18.2% (sensitivity = 81.8–100%) [29]. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
