Table 1 shows that the mean age between cases and controls was 60 years old, most of the patients were in menopause, the average size of the mass was 7 cm, the mean BMI was 24, a small number of women smoked, and all the cases had altered CA125 and HE4. Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 regard the cases and indicate that most of the women had a serous histotype (72%) stage III naïve, G3. Table 5 regards the controls and indicates that the most recurrent histotypes were fibroids, endometriomas, and serous cysts. Here, WFDC2 is linked to leiomyoma.
